JCC partnerships are growing, strengthening Jewish communities worldwide. As Passover approaches and Purim nears, we celebrate the ripple effect of global connections—when JCCs unite, impact multiplies. Check out these inspiring initiatives!


1- A Global Leadership Connection: Tucson, Kiryat Bialik & Chișinău

The Tucson JCC (USA), Kiryat Bialik JCC (Israel), and Kedem JCC (Moldova) have partnered to foster mutual learning and leadership exchange among their board members, with support from JCC Global & JCCA.





2- Connecting Teens Across Borders: Tucson & Chișinău

The Tucson JCC (USA) and Kedem JCC (Chișinău, Moldova) are fostering global connections for Jewish teens. Teens from Moldova are invited to participate in the Maccabi Games in Tucson, taking place from July 27 to August 1, 2025.

This partnership also strengthens leadership, with Todd Rockoff (Tucson JCC) mentoring Daria Pavlovschi (Kedem JCC) in fundraising strategies.


3- Chicago & Kyiv: Connecting Teens Through Photography

For the second year, JCC Chicago and Halom JCC (Kyiv) are connecting teens through the Jewish Lens photography program, supported by JCC Global. Using photography, they explore Jewish identity and experiences, strengthening global connections.




4- From Krivoy Rog to Budapest: A Youth Exchange in the Making!

As part of "JCC Global – From Good to Great," Budapest JCC will host a teen delegation from Krivoy Rog on May 1, made possible by grants secured by Budapest JCC. This exchange will bring the communities together through shared Jewish experiences.



5- Jewish Care London Young Leaders Visit Budapest JCC

A delegation of young leaders from Jewish Care London is embarking on a heritage trip to Budapest, where they will visit the Budapest JCC and engage with the local Jewish community.


6- Poltava & Kiryat Bialik: Celebrating Hanukkah Together

For the fifth year, JCC Poltava (Ukraine) and JCC Kiryat Bialik (Israel) celebrated Hanukkah together, hosting a special event for older adults.



Global Connections via the Israel Association of Community Centers (IACC)

Through the IACC, JCCs across Israel are forging impactful global partnerships, fostering staff exchanges, leadership development, cultural initiatives, and shared learning.

  • IACC Tourism Initiative

IACC has launched a nationwide initiative to send member delegations abroad. Through JCC Global, these delegations will connect with JCCs worldwide, with JCC Global playing a key role in developing the Jewish Peoplehood aspect of the program. This initiative is led by Ariel Cohen, and was launched on March 2 in Tiberias with over 100 Community Center Directors and senior staff from across Israel.
