Cohort-based online courses for human resource development and capacity building. Topics include: Reimagining the Future of JCCs, Arts and Culture as a Community Builder, Resource Development, Judaism and the Environment, and more. Thus far, 799 leaders from 53 countries have participated in the program.
WORLD CONFERENCE OF JCCs
The only gathering of its kind, which takes place in Israel every four years and charts the future strategy of the global movement. In 2019, it gathered 500 Jewish leaders from 35 countries.
Enhanced learning and networking opportunities for senior JCC leaders. More than 350 JCC leaders benefited from this program.
Conferences included: Mexico study seminar 2024, ECJC Summit 2023, JCCA Mifgash retreat 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; Z3 2020: Visions of a shared future 2020, in partnership with the Oshman Family JCC in Palo Alto; the first e-Summit for European Jewish leaders 2020; and more.
Training Seminars
Tailor-made educational experiences for senior JCC leadership groups. Sine 1983, 985 JCC leaders participated in the program.

The photo was taken in Belgrade, November 2022, where for the first time in three decades, JCC Global and Haver Serbia conducted an intensive three day leadership seminar in Belgrade for 30 senior Jewish leaders from 13 Jewish communities and 7 countries that once comprised the Jewish community of Yugoslavia. Since than a second retreat was held in Zagreb, Croatia, in 2023.
