JCC Global 11th World Conference of JCCs
November 17–19, 2026 | Jerusalem, Israel
In conjunction with The "JCC Global – From Good to Great" Retreat, November 16-17 (By Invitation only)

The Global Gathering of Jewish Leadership

Once every four years, the global JCC movement convenes for its central worldwide gathering. The JCC Global World Conference is the only international conference dedicated exclusively to senior professionals and lay leaders of Jewish Community Centers (JCCs) from around the world.

Rooted in the understanding that culture is a powerful driver of connection, belonging, and community life, the conference brings together hundreds of leaders to learn from one another, exchange ideas, and build meaningful partnerships. Through shared cultural experiences, dialogue, and professional collaboration, participants strengthen Jewish Peoplehood and advance resilient, connected Jewish communities in an increasingly complex global reality.

Who Participates

Approximately 300 senior leaders from more than 30 countries, including:

  • CEOs and executive directors of JCCs

  • Board chairs, presidents, and senior lay leaders

  • Fellows of JCC Global partnership programs

  • Leaders from Jewish umbrella organizations and partner institutions

The conference will focus on global leadership, peer learning, and innovation across the JCC field, including insights from “JCC Global – From Good to Great”, JCC Global’s flagship partnerships initiative connecting 32 JCCs worldwide, with a strong focus on supporting Jewish communities in Ukraine.
