We consult new JCCs and welcome them into the global movement.

 

We have designed and implemented, together with JDC: "One Candle Lighting Another" The Mentoring and Professional Exchange Project that operated in 10 FSU communities.

2003-2010

  • Mentors provided mentees with guidance, advice and support in specific service areas.

  • Mentors helped mentees develop new initiatives in areas in need of improvement.

  • The Jewish leaders acquired a global Jewish overview.

  • Personal relationships between professionals and lay leaders were developed over time.
