Once Every Four Years, We Gather
The 11th World Conference of JCCs is the moment when Jewish Community Center leaders from across the globe come together to do what can only be done in person: forge partnerships, tackle urgent challenges, and chart the future of Jewish communal life. This is where vision meets action. This is where isolation becomes connection. This is where the local becomes global.
The conference brings together JCC CEOs and board members, educators, community builders, participants in JCC Global partnership initiatives, and communal partners from around the world.
Designed as an active, immersive, and highly participatory gathering, the conference goes far beyond traditional panels and lectures - combining conversations, workshops, cultural experiences, small-group discussions, and encounters throughout Jerusalem.
At a time when Jewish communities around the world are navigating growing complexity and shared challenges, the conference aims to create a global space for partnership, dialogue, and shared responsibility.
Conference Goals

To strengthen Jewish Peoplehood and global solidarity by bringing together JCC leaders and partners committed to the future of Jewish communal life worldwide.

To cultivate Jewish identity and resilient communities by equipping leaders with tools to foster dialogue, build shared and inclusive communal spaces, and help heal societies in conflict through education, positive engagement, and meaningful Jewish connection.

To strengthen the global JCC movement through peer learning, shared expertise, and innovative ideas that participants can bring back to their communities.

Tuesday, November 17 – Throughout the day - "JCC Global - From Good to Great" Retreat. Conference opens with opening dinner at 6:00 PM at the conference hotel
